All hotel rooms need to be booked via the hotel booking link only (do not book via Concur). A credit card is required to hold your room and upon check in for incidentals, however, if you are under Retail, you will not be charged as the Retail PC is covering the expense of your room. If you do not fall under Retail then the card provided upon check in will be charged.  For both Retail and non-Retail, incidentals will not be covered and will be charged to the card on file. The Retail Team Meeting will be October 1, 2024.

The closest airport is Kansas City International Airport (MCI), which is approximately a 30-minute car ride from the Kansas City Marriott Downtown. Lyft and Uber will be your best options.

Aramark Retail employees: Retail Overhead will be covering your flights. If you are not sure if Retail is covering your flights please reach out to Lora Maslowski. For non-Retail attendees, F&B attendees, and Leadership, please use Concur to book travel as you normally would. Your profit center is responsible for your airfare. The Retail Team meeting will be October 11, 2024. You must arrive September 30th no later than 3:00pm. Return travel should be scheduled for October 3rd after 4:00pm or October 4th.

Once you have received your BTA number, please contact AMEX Travel (669) 210-8047 and speak to an agent. You cannot use a BTA number on the Concur website. Please call AMEX Travel during Eastern Time business hours or you will be charged extra for after hours. Airline tickets should be booked by September 1, 2024.
